Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
The French version of this document is the only legally binding version.
These Terms govern access to and use of the BloomVisor service. They are accepted when the account is created. The service is intended for professionals, for the purposes of their business.
Who publishes the service
BloomVisor is published by [FULL LEGAL NAME, LEGAL FORM], registered under number [SIREN], whose registered office is located at [ADDRESS].
Contact: bloomvisor@gmail.com. Publication director: [NAME AND TITLE].
What the service does
BloomVisor creates visuals and text for your social media, schedules them, and publishes them to the accounts you connect. It can also draft replies to your private messages and reviews, if you activate these features.
Publishing goes exclusively through our technical provider, which communicates with the platforms. BloomVisor never has access to your passwords.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for what is done from your account. A workspace can have several members; whoever created it is responsible for it.
You warrant that you hold the rights needed for the social media accounts you connect and that you comply with those platforms' terms.
Plans, prices, and payment
| Plan | Monthly price | Networks | Posts per week |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 60 € | 1 | 3 posts and 5 stories |
| Growth | 110 € | 2 | 7 posts and 10 stories |
| Pro | 199 € | 3 | 14 posts and 20 stories |
Prices are shown excluding tax. Annual billing is offered at a reduced rate. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
The subscription renews automatically at each billing date, as long as it has not been canceled. An invoice is issued at each billing date and stays available from your workspace.
The seven-day trial
A seven-day trial is offered on each of the three plans on monthly billing, for anyone who has never had a subscription before. Annual billing does not include a trial. A card is required to start the trial, but no amount is charged during it.
At the end of the seven days, the subscription starts on the plan chosen when the trial began and the first payment is taken, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time during the trial, free of charge and without giving a reason.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: the service stays available until then, and no new charge is taken. Partial periods are not refunded on a pro-rated basis.
When the subscription ends, your social media accounts are disconnected and any posts still scheduled do not go out.
You can also delete your account. This deletion erases your content, disconnects your accounts, and ends the subscription. Uploaded media is deleted within thirty days, a delay meant to protect you against an accidental deletion. Invoices are kept for the period required by accounting law.
We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, in particular use contrary to the law or to the platforms' rules, after informing you where circumstances allow.
No right of withdrawal
As the service is subscribed to by a professional for the purposes of their business, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code does not apply. The seven-day trial described above lets you try the service before any payment.
Your content
You remain the owner of the text, photos, and information you upload. You grant us only the right to use them to run the service: process them, produce the posts, and publish them to the accounts you have connected. This right ends with your account.
You warrant that you hold the rights to what you upload, particularly photos, and that publishing it does not infringe on third-party rights or the law.
Content produced by the service
The visuals and text produced for your account are yours to use, and you can use them freely for your business. We claim no rights over them.
This content is generated by artificial intelligence models. Two consequences are worth knowing. First, content generated purely by a machine may not be protected by copyright, in France or elsewhere. Second, two users making a similar request may get results that look alike.
The service is designed to never invent a price, address, time, or date that is not in the information you gave it. This rule is enforced by the code, not just by an instruction. It does not exempt us from asking you to review your posts: you remain responsible for what is published under your name, and the service shows you the week before it goes out.
Automatic replies
Replies to private messages and reviews are off by default. If you turn them on, messages go out under your name without prior review. The service holds back and hands off to you when it does not have the requested information.
You can turn off these features at any time. Messages that have already been sent remain your responsibility.
What you agree not to do
- Publish unlawful, misleading, or defamatory content, or content that infringes on third parties.
- Use the service for an account you do not control.
- Work around the limits of your plan, automate access to the service, or try to disrupt how it works.
- Resell the service or make it available to a third party without our written consent.
- Decompile or extract components of the service.
Availability and liability
We commit to using reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing absolute continuity. Interruptions may happen for maintenance, or because of a third party the service depends on.
The service depends on platforms we do not control. A change to their rules, an interruption on their part, or the withdrawal of a permission may prevent a post from going out. We cannot be held responsible for this.
Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages and cannot exceed the amounts paid over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. None of these limitations apply in the event of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury.
Changes to the terms and the service
We may change the service and these Terms. Any substantial change will be announced to you before it takes effect. If it does not suit you, you can cancel under the conditions described above.
Personal data
How we process your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
